custom user login

Hi guys!

I’d like to change the “classical” black bar that appears when a user log into a wp site, with a custom menu.
This custom menu, is a dropdown, where I can see this detail: name, surname, email and some specific links.

Something like the user menu of Dropbox.

Is this possible?
