Custom User Registration Fields plugin not registering custom field values

  • Hello,

    I’m using the official Custom User Registration Fields plugin. I added some custom fields to my register form, which is working, but when the users register, the values from these custom fields are not registering into the user profil. All other data are ok.
    Can you please provide some support ?

    Thanks for reaching out! From what I understand, you are using the Custom User Registration Fields for WooCommerce.

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    With that ticket, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve copied each, you can use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
