  • Hello @sirotwo,

Yes, indeed! If you go to Dashboard -> MasterStudy LMS -> Settings -> Course Player, you can see the options to enable the MasterStudy video player: https://prnt.sc/8zfULyNtODyq.

You can check the back-end demo to see for yourself: https://masterstudy.stylemixthemes.com/lms-plugin/.

    Thanks…
Now the backend optimization of the plugin is the only thing stopping from starting my project with the plugin now. The plugin extremely slows down the backend (wp admin).

    Hello,

You need to make sure that you set proper server limits > [recommended server limits]

With clean WordPress and proper server limits without extra third-party plugins the LMS plugin performance will be improved. Kindly note the fact that the performance of the backend depends on multiple factors, the main is clear WordPress and powerful server limits

No, I actually talked about this in my review.
    It’s nothing about server.
Even a clean wordpress installation on good server, it is still extremely slow.

    Hey @sirotwo,

To better assist you, we kindly ask you to contact our client-oriented department at [email protected]. Please provide them with all your server configuration information and your WordPress Admin Page credentials. This will allow us to investigate your individual case more thoroughly and identify the reason for the plugin’s slow performance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter and look forward to resolving this issue for you as soon as possible!

    Kind regards,

No it is not my server configuration.

Do the test yourself, it’s that fast. Use InstaWP, that’s what I use. Install both plugins activate Masterstudy first. And try to navigate the WordPress admin and see how slow it is. Then deactivate it and activate Tutor LMS and see the distinct difference.

I really want to use this plugin and that optimisation is what I’m waiting for. It’s a nice plugin but the backend must be optimised, otherwise it will be so frustrating to work in the admin area. The front-end is good though.

    Thanks.

Thank you for the shared feedback, we will do our best to increase the plugin performance in the future updates as soon as possible. Please kindly note that it is a complex task, but it’s our priority as well to make the plugin as fast as it can be

    Best regards
