Custom Widgets – Title Text Style

Heres the situation. The template (templatemonster) was provided by my client to me and i am told to edit to th enew specification. A pointless task in itself as i could have created the theme form scratch using artisteer in zero point sod all of the time.

The client wanted features at the bottom of the page, that said to me footer widgets, so i inserted the code using these forums as ref to create 4 widget positions and manage to style pretty much everything about them. But, the titles need to follow the same heading as the <h1> style in the rest of the site. I can not find anywhere where I can change the <h2> tag to <h1> and get this site right…

Any help asap as the site has to be finished like tomorrow…
