Hi. I’m trying to add custom fielt in the email, but it doesn’t show up.

    I’m using {{custom_field__slug}}. What’s wrong?

Ensure that custom_field__slug is exactly the correct slug for your custom field. To find the correct slug:

    • Go to?Support Genix > Custom Fields.
    • Check the?Slug?of the field you are trying to include.
    • Replace?custom_field__slug?in?{{custom_field__slug}}?with the actual slug.

That was the first thing that I tried.

    Slug:avviket
    I tried {{avviket}}, {{custom_field__avviket}} and {{custom_field__slug}} but it doesn’t go into email

    Hi @zubsero,

Thank you for your patience and for trying different options. I understand how important this feature is for you, and I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting it.

If your custom field slug is avviket, then using {{custom_field__avviket}} should work correctly in your email template. I kindly ask you to double-check the slug to make sure there are no spaces or typos.

If the issue still persists, we’d love to take a closer look and help you resolve it as quickly as possible. Please create a support ticket at https://supportgenix.com/contact/, and one of our support agents will assist you directly.
