• Hello,

I am trying to create a custom menu using subheads. When I take my menu item that needs to be a drop down and put in underneath the main menu title I drag it to the right so it will become a subhead.(the box with the dotted lines appears and I drag the word into that box)
As soon as I click “save menu” it goes all the way to left- so then it just becomes another menu item and not a drop down sub head.
I de-activated all plug-ins and then started to delete plug-ins, but it still does not work. I have enabled drop downs from the core options of the theme. I have contacted support at my theme ( Catalyst) and they have tried to help to no avail.
I can not build this site without a drop down menu and the stupid subhead keeps moving back to the left. I have been working on this for four days-about 3 hours each day-I am ready to give up. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Here is the link to my site:

    Thanks

  • This advice might not help. Not all advice works for everyone here. But what happened to you happened to me so I empathize with your frustration.

If you are using WordPress 3.4.1. and Internet Explorer 9 the problems is the browser. The sub-menus revert back to the left unless you use Firefox.
