    I setup the system and I’d like to know the following:

    How do I add a customer?
    Say I have 20 on going clients and I need to open a ticket for customer A and another for G?

    Is it possible to view a customers profile say contact info, documentation, credentials, address, etc?

    Is there a customer dashboard or anything of the sort that would let me see their details i.e. how many tickets they have open and closed, documentation, customer details etc?

    When creating a ticket is is possible to assign the ticket to an agent during its creation?

    Is there a way to add Woocommerce customer name to a ticket? That way I can look up all the tickets that specific customer has opened. The is useful since lots of our work is phone support and we create the tickets for the customer from the call then need to tie it back to the customer.

    We use wordpress users. All the wordpress users are considered as customers. You can add agents wordpress users as agents in Support Agents setting. Customers can create tickets from frontend. Please create a page and add [supportcandy] or [wpsc_create_ticket] shortcode.

    It is not possible in the current version. This feature will be added in version 3. We are going to add user profile section. Users and agents can see profiles.

    This feature is under the development queue and not scheduled yet. It will be available in future updates.
