I setup the system and I’d like to know the following:
How do I add a customer?
Say I have 20 on going clients and I need to open a ticket for customer A and another for G?Is it possible to view a customers profile say contact info, documentation, credentials, address, etc?
Is there a customer dashboard or anything of the sort that would let me see their details i.e. how many tickets they have open and closed, documentation, customer details etc?
When creating a ticket is is possible to assign the ticket to an agent during its creation?
