    What customer data IS stored by you for me to have on demand as long as I need it? Can I have it local copy if you delete after 7 days for whatever compliance reason?
    If I need to know the customers’ country or IP to verify product access or for special offers, how is this handled when data is stored by you and maybe deleted for eu thingies?

    SureCart is a headless ecommerce platform. Everything is stored in our cloud platform. This means the merchant doesn’t have to worry about managing anything. Also your website will be much faster.

    We are fully GDPR-compliant and I would invite you to read our privacy policy found on our website.

    Products, orders, and associated data are securely stored in the cloud platform. You can export your data at any time, the option is inside the plugin settings.

    The only way to delete data is to delete the store you setup.

    You can view all the products, orders, subscriptions right from within the plugin on your website. You have access to everything.
