Customer Birthday

Select “Birthday” from the date type selector in the Dates fieldset.

If you do not see the Type option, then perhaps you inadvertently turned it off in the fieldset config settings:

If you did, you would have to reenable that option.

RE: I want to know if it’s possible that the customer, as soon as he registers on the website automatically goes into the directory?

Connections does not process WP User registrations, so it does not have a way to handle page redirection. Here’s a link to a tutorial that covers one way to accomplish this:
