Customer cart is empty :(

  • Hello there

    Thank you so much for building a great plugin.

    We have a woocommerce site. We used to be able to login as a customer and add products to their cart and the customer was able to see those products in their cart on their end.
    Now that doesn’t happen anymore. Now the customer sees an empty cart, even though we added products to their cart.

    How can we fix that?

    Please help.

    Thanks for the report. Which version of WooCommerce are you using? And which version of User Switching?

    Hi there

    WooCommerce is Version 3.5.4 and User Switching is Version 1.5.0

    This has never officially worked but depending on your WooCommerce confusion it has worked for some sites in the past.

    If you update to the newly released WooCommerce 3.6 it has official support for this functionality now. When switching between users your WooCommerce session will be correctly switched to the user you switch to, so you can manage their cart contents.
