Customer Cleanup

    Hi

    We are running a shop with WooCommerce Germanized Plugin, and we noticed that some customers vanishes over time. We could not find the reason why is this happening, so we prevented wordpress to delete users, and wrote logs to see who is triggering deletion. It ended up with this hook:
    woocommerce_gzd_customer_cleanup

    I wonder why is this happening, and are there some configuration issues, that we have misconfigured Germanized plugin. We do not want to have our customers vanish from database.

    Hi,

    this may happen as part of the DOI (Double Opt In) functionality in case a user does not activate his account after a certain amount of time. Please check the Germanized settings (Double Opt In). There is a huge warning displayed on activating this feature.
