Customer Comments Box

Im a newbie to wordpress so bear with me, i have made a website and not a blog. and i am trying to add a customer comments page, but without me having to put the comment on the page. what im trying to say is how do i get a comment box so they can write it their selfs, but i’d like to verify first to set live, and i would like a blog page but do i have to put that on a new ticket? Thanks for your help!
