customer data not being saved to hubspot

    maybe I misunderstood the point of this plugin. All I want is to capture the customer’s information in my hubspot account when they make a purchase. But it’s not doing that.

    Honestly I’m not really sure what it IS doing. I did the initial setup, not sure if there’s some more setup I need to do?

    I get the same problem.
    In “setup” page, says
    “You have total 450 users and 4887 orders to sync over HubSpot. Do you want to sync them?”
    but I can′t continue the synchronization

    Hello,

    The historic data-sync functionality is available in our plugin’s paid plans.
    You can see the “GO PRO NOW” button just after the line where you see that you have a total of this many users and orders to sync.

    The free version of our plugin is just to sync the data of real-time registered users.
