    Hi

    I had an issue with customers reporting that other customer details were populating the screens when they were checking out. I’d also had the same item selling three times despite there only being one listed in stock.

    I have updated php to 7.2, run a number of SSL checks and it looks OK. Obviously I don’t want a repeat of the issue and wondered if there’s a way to double check before I make the shop live again.

    Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear that your site is going through this. That’s certainly not something you want happening to your potential customers.

    WooCommerce doesn’t cache the cart or checkout pages. This means if you don’t have any cache or optimizing plugins running on your site that the issue may be with your host.

    I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting company to ensure that they are not caching your cart or checkout pages.

    Apologies. I’ve seen the original message – thank you very much @piratepenpen. Not had chance to look on my host as yet but it sounds like this would be the solution. Really appreciate your advice.
