Customer does not notice the error message

If there are any omissions in the required input items, an error message will be displayed and customer will not be able to send.
However, since an error message appears below the send button,
the error message may not be displayed on the screen,
and customer may not be aware that you have not been able to send.Can I change where the error message is displayed?
Since it is used in the product order form, it has led to complaints.
