    Hello,

    I am having a problem with email notifications, when the customer books I receive an automated email however the customer does not receive theirs.

    This feature was working in the past (definitely in September) emails haven’t gone through to spam folders etc and I have run a few test bookings with no luck.

    I have ensured the tick booked is ticked in the email notifications settings.

    Hope you can help as otherwise I have been really impressed with Webba.

    Hello Rob,

    After checking the email log you sent to us by email we found that notification was sent by Webba Booking without errors. So, the issue can be on your mailing server.

    In some cases the issue with delivery can be solved by using SMTP plugins.

    In the settings of the SMTP plugin it is important to set the credentials provided by the hosting provider or authorize your gmail address. Important notice: ‘From: email’ option in Webba needs to be the same as in the SMTP settings.
