    PLEASE HELP!

It’s my understanding that this is an automatic function within woocommerce – correct?

I’ve set up all Email options to multi-part, and copied all the templates to yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/. Even though I don’t think that was the issue, just grasping at straws trying to figure this out! I don’t see any other options within the settings, or found threads with this particular problem.

I am receiving email notifications just fine – orders are fulfilled, tracked, and paid through paypal correctly. The issue is that the customer isn’t receiving any notifications whatsoever!?

Any clues? point me in the direction I missed

If you’re receiving emails as the admin, then I would assume your emails are working fine and are being fired. So perhaps your customer’s are having the emails sent to their junk/spam box.

Have you tried yourself with a test purchase to see what you get? Also you stated you copied the templates to your theme. Did you make any modifications? If you didn’t, best not to copy any of the templates over. Remove them from your theme. Re-test after that.

Thanks, it seems that setting the Email options to multi-part did the trick somehow. Strange

For some reason I’ve the same problem.

All of the e-mails are sent as text, no changes made in the past…
As admin we receive e-mails for new orders, but the customer itself didn’t receive anything: no confirmation, no completed………

Removing the template changes and relay back on Woocommerce` own system won’t help.
