Customer email shortcode not working in footer

  • Hi,

    The WooCommerce {customer_email} shortcode is not working if it’s placed in the footer area of the emails’ template, but it works in the content area. Why it doesn’t work? Could you provide a solution?

    Hey Stilian,
    From my understanding, this wasn’t meant to be a placeholder for the footer. I can check with the developer and see if there is a workaround.

    Hi,
    I can confirm this is not an option and you would have to create something custom to be able to run placeholders through the footer credits area.
