    Hi,
    I’ve turned off customer emails related to the sales process in woocommerce plugin. There are only admin emails, new account and password reset emails left.
    The problem is that the customers are still getting 1 email (https://ibb.co/SrKRwQz) when they buy sth and choose online payment.
    The message looks like the regular woocommerce email. There is only {site title} missing in the email subject.
    I want to turn off or edit that message.

    I understand that you only have the admin-level, new account, and password reset emails enabled, but your customers are still getting an order email notification.

    By default, if the emails are disabled from your “WooCommerce > Settings > Email” settings, then it shouldn’t send unless there is a) a conflict from your theme or another plugin, or b) another plugin sending this particular email.

    With that said, please provide us with your status report found under “WooCommerce > Status” page as well as a screenshot of your “WooCommerce > Settings > Emails” screen so we can take a closer look.
