Customer Field not populating

I have a problem with Upgrade Feed not working properly since i started.
I keep getting The Customer field can neither be blank nor be incorrect. Please enter a correct customer. – 3008
the Customer field is clearly there in the Woocommerce Order, but the Pro version of the Plugin is not picking it up.
It also is Incorrectly populating other fields with data from other fields ie: contact billing state and billing code , coming up with same data , and clearly the woocommerce sales order it correct.
I have tried the CRMPerks support route and i am now in day 6 and i have had 3-4 responses for something that is really important to me.
Should i just get a refund and go to Zapier?
