customer information being erased

    can anyone help my customer info. is being deleted and I have not set up to do this. I had two people who maintain websites look into it and they are baffled. Its the Claue theme I’m using but the issue has been there now for a few months. I’ve looked at the webhooks as suggested but don’t think its that either. HELP>

  • Probably not your theme!

    Could be your user table or a plugin that might work with the tables and it is probably something to do with your shopping cart.

    If it was me I’d contact the shopping cart plugin creator first for help.
