Customer Invoice Email sending “manually” but want it to send automatically

    I am trying to enable the Customer Invoice / Order details email to send automatically, but it is currently listed as “Manually sent”. Not sure how that option was switched on, but I would like this email to be sent automatically to our customers once they place an order.

    Hi there @clheureux1,

    The Customer Invoice / Order details email is only available as a manual order action inside the order details screen.

    Customers should receive New order emails automatically, which contain the details of the order, including the amount.

    For an automatic invoice email option, take a look at the WooCommerce Print Invoices & Packing lists extension.
