    Customer invoice / Order details email not sending

    When I go to:

    WooCommerce -> Email -> Customer invoice / Order details
    And hover little arrow its says manua?y sent
    Also is no option to disable or enable email notifications for Customer invoice / Order details — check box do not exist here liko on other email notifications

    Please help

    Hi @mediaex,

    Kindly note that the Customer invoice/Order details emails are usually sent manually from the order actions section of an order (https://snipboard.io/EFR5Ux.jpg).

    Since they are manually triggered, they will not have the enable/disable options like other emails at WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.

    Oh ok, our host move our website to newest environment, I think this change has some email misconfiguration, any idea how to troubleshoot this issue?

    Look like all other emails work – I see only a problem with Customer invoice / Order details email so after purchase we do not receive any confirmation also client do not receive any email

    Also after migration to new host we have a one more problem on this site with permalinks
    when enabled to “post name” this is no way to add transaction (page just refresh and nothing happen) when permalinks is set to “plain” then transactions work but no email confirmation. this email problem can be also related to permalinks problem?

    Customer invoice / Order details email is not sent after an order. That is sent when you manually send it from the admin order page

    I would highly recommend using the email troubleshooting guide from above for this.

    I would recommend contacting your new host about this, as it sounds like there’s a generic underlying issue with resolving the nicer permalinks, and that would likely be sorted with the help of the host.
