    Hello,

    I have installed the stripe plugin and set up everything, we are using only stripe checkout. The plugin is running mostly OK, but sometimes, in like 1 in 50 orders the customer is not redirected to stripe checkout and is instead redirected to cart page after 1-2 seconds of waiting. No error message is displayed for the customer.

    The order is visible in woocommerce backend in “received” status (I believe that is the correct translation, it is that gray background). When I look at the stripe backend, the payment is visible but as “incomplete” with this warning:
    “The PaymentIntent requires a payment method
    Set an existing payment method on the PaymentIntent or have the customer enter a new payment method.”
    From Stripe activity on the payment there is:
    – 200 OK A request to create a Checkout Session completed
    – A new payment xxx for xxx was created
    and then nothing, only the warning I wrote above.

    I checked the plugin logs, but I was not able to find any log regarding those incomplete orders.

    What may be causing this issue? We are also using currency plugin AELIA and the orders which are usually incomplete like that are in foreign currency (but not always). And mostly even the foreign currency orders are paid no problem, only some have a problem. Or may this be caused by AdBlock on customer’s side? Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you please share the request and response log of the failed order from the stripe dashboard so that we can check why it failed? You can either share it here is share it with us via support.
