A customer has complained that she can’t click the submit button after filling in all of the ‘Register’ part of the form.

When her mouse hovers over it, it remains as an arrow and doesn’t go to a hand to show she can click. She clicks and nothing occurs. There’s no warning that she hasn’t filled in any part of the form. Nothing. I get no notification that anything has been filled in. She’s using her PC.

However, I’ve registered different accounts personally a number of times without any such issues and on the same day other customers have used the form without any problems.

Can anyone suggest a solution as maybe it’s happening to more than one customer, and I want to clear this up BEFORE I lose more!

    Thanks

    Adding to this …

A number of customers have now come forward with the same problem. It’s on a variety of devices from iPhone, iPad, and PC.

If I’m not able to fix this then I’ll have to change the plugin as I’m scared I’m losing potential customers with this.

    Anyone?

    Hi @stevehartley

    Thanks for writing in,

Do you still have this issue? I checked and registered in your site and was able to register successfully. Would you please once clear do the plugin conflict test and let us know the result?

    Thanks!

    Saroj. Thanks for the reply.

Yes. You indeed registered a week ago and everything seemed OK but the issue has come up again. The reason things ‘got better’ is because your support department sent me a code to put into my CCS and it apparently fixed things.

But today … it seems to be the old problem coming back up again. I’ve checked for Plugin conflict and it doesn’t seem to be the problem.

Can you suggest what to do now?
