Customer new account email translation error

    Hi,

    Great plugin! Very helpful!

    I have a trouble with changing ‘Customer new account’ email -> ‘Email text’ -> ‘Body text’.

    In the ‘Body text’ you can only change below:

    Hi {customer_first_name},
                        
Thanks for creating an account on {site_title}. Your username is {customer_username}

    Unfortunatelly there is also a below text, that i am not able to translate:

    Your password has been automatically generated: {user_pass}

You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here: link.

    Would you be able to advise?

    Same problem with text ‘Click here to reset your password‘ on ‘customer reset password’ email,

    also ‘Hello! This is an example note. For your reference, your order details are shown below.’ on ‘customer note’ email.

    Another question, is there a way to add additional banner in footer?

    Regarding the translation issue you have experienced, we would like to inform you that the texts you mentioned are indeed included in the POT file available within the plugin.

    Could you please let us know which language you are trying to translate the texts to and whether you are using any translation plugin for this purpose? This information will help us provide more specific guidance.

    As for adding a banner in the footer, currently the plugin doesn’t provide the provision to add banners directly to the footer. However, a feasible workaround available to meet your requirement is to add HTML content in: Footer > Footer content > Footer text. You may check the same and see if it meets your requirements.

    Hello,

    I have managed to change the language to polish by adding new language in loco translator plug in. Thank you also for the banner idea.

    Unfortunatelly, I have a problem with ‘Customer note’ email edition. In body text field, there are missing below lines, which i am not able to delete from the email body:

    Hello! This is an example note

    For your reference, your order details are shown below.

    Also email with password reset request is a plain text. I checked on the forum that i should check woocommerce settings/ emails/ password reset email and there i have HTML email type set up (as in all other email types – other emails are correct, not plain text). Are you able to advise?

    Regarding the text issues you’ve encountered, let me provide some clarification:

    • Hello! This is an example note : This text serves as a placeholder in the email preview to indicate where the customer note will appear. Once you add an actual note in the order edit page, this placeholder text will be replaced with the note content.
    • For your reference, your order details are shown below : Unfortunately, this text is a part of the default WooCommerce email template and cannot be edited or removed. It’s automatically included in all order-related emails.

    As for the issue with the password reset email appearing as plain text, could you please share a screenshot of how the email appears for reference?
