Customer notes are not showing in emails

    Hi,

    I have noticed that customer notes are not showing in emails, regardless of the way I paste them in templates. I tried to paste {customer_note} and {order_note} shortcodes and add the Customer Note component in emails and nothing works although I made sure that the email type is set to “Customer note”. They don’t work neither in Preview nor in test emails nor in real usage.

    Can you test this yourself and see if it works, and fix it if it doesn’t?

    We checked these shortcodes, they still work normally on your site. How did you check, can you make a video about your manipulation?

    I tested again and it doesn’t work for me.

    I created a temporary login link for you for my site so you can see the problem yourself. Order #24 has a customer note. Open the Customer note email template and see how the preview doesn’t show the note.
