customer notes missing in pdf invoice

    Hey,

    The customer notes stopped being displayed for some time now. It is of note that the plugin is on v2.7.4 together with the other plugins, and they do not intend to update the plugins…

    There is no error output in the debug log, nor in the woocommerce > status > logs. Any suggestion will be invaluable.

    @borkk85 the layout of your settings seems to be different than ours. To confirm, could you share the full name of the invoice plugin you’re using, please?

    I see. Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer support for outdated versions of our plugins. They’d need to update to the latest version before we can troubleshoot with them (if the issue persists).

    Since they will not update the plugin, they would have to go the route of custom code snippets/development in resolving this issue, which we don’t offer as a support service. They can try creating a custom template and write a code snippet to print the order notes there.
