I have a general question which is when a customer orders a product how long the details of this order is saved on seller’s account on wordpress site?

I’m uncertain if I understand your question correctly. You asked how long the order details are saved on the seller’s account. What do you mean by seller’s account? Is it possible that you meant the buyer’s account?

If you meant how long orders are stored in general, they are stored unlimited. They will only be removed, if you delete them manually.

If that’s not what you meant, please let me know what exactly you’re looking for.

I meant with seller’s account as vendor’s account like on wordpress vendors make their account and if any customers comes and purchases then that customer’s order details along with customer name address are stored and vendor can see those details now how long those details are saved there and how can we change the time limit of those details being saved there. @nielslange

Thanks for providing additional context. By default, WooCommerce does not offer functionality for vendors. It sounds like you’re using an extension that adds vendor functionality to your store. In this case, I suggest that you contact the developer of the vendor extension directly.
