Customer Order Details Mix Up

Hi,

We’re experiencing a bit of a bizarre occurrence, it appears two orders have their customer details mixed up.

Looking at the orders, they both appear to have been placed by a Mr E, however one order was actually placed by a Mr K. Both orders show Mr E’s details (such as billing address & email). The only difference is that for one order, the PayPal email address belongs to Mr K (which is the order he put through).

Neither customer knows the other and so they wouldn’t have shared credentials at any point.

Do you know what would cause this?
