• I am running Woocommerce 3.0.7. After buying a product via the cheque payment gateway, my clients are sent to the thank you page and can see the Order Details that includes the product name and the total price.

    The issue for me is the Order Details in the sent email is missing the Order Details data.

    I have reviewed the scripts in the woocommerce/templates/emails/email-order-details.php and email-order-items.php and don’t see where the issue lies. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  • Having the same problem since the beginning of May. I’ve restored an old database and plugins but the issue remains. None of the details in the Subtotal row appear.

    I found wooChimp plugin was the culprit. Disabled it and the new order email displayed product info again.

    thanks MrPriori, being working on this issue for days!!! I cannot believe it was WooChimp x_x

    I was unable to fix this on my own. But after several WooChimp updates over the months, the problem seems to have corrected itself. My suggestion at this point would be to make sure you’re running the latest version.

    We are running latest version. I Also notified the author, he wasn’t aware of this issue.
