Customer paid $70 less than UPS online quotes

    So we have a customers that paid $30.76 for shipping. The merchandise is 23lbs and dimension of width 27″, height 27″ and length 26″. UPS quoted for $163.99.

    Hi @bobbymale,

    To check your case, we need more information. It would be best if you enable debug mode in the plugin and attach the API request and response here. We also ask that you include screenshots from UPS online. Make sure that when entering shipment details in UPS, you are logged in with the same account you use in the plugin.
