Customer Parcel Collection

  • Hi –

    We need our customers to be able to book a parcel collection (of clothes) from either their home or other address, so that we can then receive the clothes, clean them and then return them.

    Does this plugin allow customers to book collections in this way as a ‘shipping option’ when they make an order?

    Hi, It does not but this is functionality that you (or you developer) could implement though our Public API. See https://www.parcel2go.com/api

    Nothing about parcel collection?

    This is not our area of expertise – do you have any links to companies who have done work using your API in a similar way previously? I’d imagine creating this and integrating it into WooCommerce is a non-trivial task, so it would be good to talk to a company who could help!
