Customer Payment Page Gift Card Option

    I had an order come in manually for a customer that wanted to pay with their gift card. I verified the gift card has the balance, etc. and I am trying to pay for the order created with a gift card.

    In the WooCommerce Edit Order page, I do not see an option to be able to apply a gift card to order (just N/A, Credit Card, or Other for payment method under billing section) and when I click on the link to Customer Payment Page, the only option is to pay for the order with a credit card and not a gift card.

    By Customer Payment page, I am referring to the url like <site>/checkout/order-pay/<order number>/?pay_for_order=true&key=<key>

    Is there a way to enable gift card payments on the Customer Payment Page?

    Currently you can’t apply a gift card to an order from the admin area. Instead, you can go through the front end to place the order with the gift card applied.

    This is something that we are looking to add in a future update to the Pro version. If you would like to be notified when this feature is available, please contact us from our website directly since this will be a Pro feature.
