Hi Oliver,
I’m a new customer of WATS premium. I have sent you a couple of emails regarding customization on WATS. But haven’t received any feedback from you. I’m not sure if i need to use a special support forum to reach you or if email is the way to go.
Anyway here are the questions:
I just installed WATS on my site and was wondering if you send me the right version of WATS. It doesn’t have the same options that your step-by-step setup guide. I’m mainly looking for the option that only allows a user with valid email address to create a ticket.
This is what I get:
Frontend submission form access :
Disable frontend ticket submission form
Enable frontend ticket submission form for any visitor
Enable frontend ticket submission form for registered users onlyCan I change the Website field by (institution) and make it a required field, the have a list of allowed institutions that can create tickets?
Does WATS support Captcha on the ticket submition form? or anything else that doesn’t require me to maintain a user database.
I also would like to know how do I approve the tickets so they are visible to the requester. So far i replied to user question on a separate sentence (in the web page I got for the ticket on the backend) and hit publish. But I don’t get a notification and the ticket is not shown on the front end
