    support candy is excellent, but facing some issues like mostly customer replies directly from their email address on ticket, but their record is not updating in support candy ticket portal, is there any solution for it?

    Hello,

    Are you using email piping add-on? To pipe the email reply in ticket system you need Email piping add-on.

    If you want customers to use email to send replies to existing tickets or create new tickets, then you probably need to purchase that plugin. Support Candy is great by itself as a Ticket System portal. However, having customers avoid the portal and interact by email is a luxury for the customer that is an extra cost. I personally do not like it for ticket creation because customers avoid selecting various fields that are helpful in the portal

    Yes, email piping is a premium add-on. Email Piping adds ability to import emails directly to your ticket system so that clients can create tickets just by sending emails to your support or reply tickets by replying to email notifications without the need to log in to your site.

    But i am clicking on license or add-on but i am getting an error that ip is block etc, so what’s the procedure to buy the premium plugin,
    Do you have any support what’s app number or other way to for clients support, because here we are waiting too much for our query

    Are this plugin is available in Pakistan in premium version?

    Our security system was blocking all IP addresses from Pakistan for unknown reasons which have been fixed.

    Please try again, it should work now!
