When going to WooCommerce->Customers there is a download button. When I click on it a message pops up saying that the report is being emailed to me. I never receive the email. Where can I see what email address the report is being sent to?

    Hi there!

The Download button should download the CSV file to your computer. It doesn’t email it to you.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with you here. Please take a look at the screenshot I have attached. Clicking on the download button shows me this message at the bottom of the screen and nothing downloads.

Interesting, on my side that triggers a download rather than any email notifications.

Can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status** ?

Is this enough of the report?

    Hi there,

When a report spans more than one page, it will email you a download link instead of offering you the download immediately, as it might take a while for your site to gather all the info and create the file.

If you never receive the email, can you check that your site is otherwise sending emails correctly? You can install a plugin that logs email to help with that:

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ll go head and mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, you can always start a new thread.

    Hi.
    Still have the same issue.
Unable to get the download or email.
Searching forums, I found that disabling the google site kit plugin would work.
I did the test and indeed the report arrives in the mail in less than 2 minutes.
For now every time I need the report, I disable Site Kit, I get the report and I re-enable it.
Absurd that I have to do that process, but while there is no other solution …
