Customer review plugin?

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, so sorry if I posted in the wrong place.
For most of my items I only have one of each so I would like to have a site wide plugin, where the reviews stay, even if I remove the purchased item. I would like the reviews to be visible under all product, on the product page, or be able to choose, for example, the last 10 reviews.
Does anyone know any plugin that will do that? Preferable a free one, I do not sell much.
