Customer reviews

Hi,
I installed the Ascend theme with the Elementor editor and Kadence for Elementor.
I created a product template and would like to insert a section for customer reviews. I tried with the items “Product Rating” and then with “Product Reviews”. But in the front end they do not work. Infact in the first case only the stars appear, while in the second one you can’t see anything.
I have activated the reviews from the Woocommerce settings. But nothing. So how can a customer leave a review? Thanks
