Customer reviews plugin showing review in private

    Hi

    I have the paid version of CR. the reviews are showing that they are received in private mode. I have set the system to review via CR. I have not changed this setting(have had the plugin for two years now)

    Also when i attempt to publish an review via social media I receive the message that this is not possible because the review was received in private mode. But I know this is not correct. Thanks
