Yes, clients can save a property search and then get automated email alerts when new listings meeting their criteria come on the market (or even when an existing listing changes price or gets new photos added). On the backend, you as the site manager can see all the email alert subscriptions that have been set up, the emails that have been sent on your behalf, and what listings in those emails your clients clicked on for more details. You can also modify the criteria for a client’s saved search (e.g., add another neighborhood they didn’t know about) or add entirely new saved searches for them.
In addition, you can add your own HTML branding to the email alerts so they match the look and feel of your site.
