Customer Service Assistance

I want to report what happened to me: I started a blog in September of 2017. Anissa was my choice of theme and I was happy! It was the free one thru WordPress. As I came across questions, I couldn’t find answers and decided that I would rather purchase the theme and get the support to go along with that.
I paid $ 79.00 USD with a credit card to Kooc Media Ltd promising me support. A person named Oliver Dale emailed me back thanking me for the payment and said if I had questions to let him know.
I did have a question a couple of months later and emailed him several times with no response. I then became ill and just getting back on my feet so I am pursuing this again. I just ran across this website. I see that one can purchase an entire lot of themes for $59 with support rather than just one that I paid for!
Do I need to dispute my payment and start again or how do I handle this. My subscription was for one year for the $79 and I hope he doesn’t charge my credit card again when the year is up! I have all of the information.
Please HELP! I had minor questions but mainly wanted to have support and a forum to go to for assistance should I have a question.
