Customer service is slow and did not fix problem

I liked the calendar until I had a problem with it. Trying to install the paid version made all my data disappear.
I emailed webdorado several times over 2 months. I kept asking the same question. During the 2 months with no response from customer service I gave up. There is no way I would use anything from Webdorado again.
No telephone number for those of us who pay for the calendar! Just email which might be OK but … the first thing I get after 2 months of not having the calendar (my trust in customer service is about as low as it can go after 2 months of no reply to my emails) is instruction to give Webdorado all my user IDs and passwords. Come on. That is ridiculous. My trust dropped through the floor.
