Customer service unlike any I've ever seen

When I first started using FormGet, a mere two weeks ago, it was a promising form creator, but today it is, I believe, the best of it’s breed. And, it’s all due to the fact that the team works very closely with users, like myself, to build what we need. I first contacted the FormGet team with a couple questions, thinking I’d be lucky to have even one of my questions thoroughly answered. But I knew this experience was going to be different when Neeraj contacted me and answered every last question. Then, over a week’s time, Neeraj answered another half dozen or more emails from me with reports of issues and suggestions. And, let me tell you, the FormGet team upheld their end of the deal and have implemented every fix, and nearly every feature, that we discussed. Why pay (a very small fee) for a company to hold your form data in an online database? Because the company that’s holding it has your back, takes requests, and makes you feel like you’re part of the development process. That said, I’ll be doing a happy dance when they add the data backup to spreadsheet feature-which they say is coming very soon. Even without it, however, this is the form generator for me.
