• This is a robust plugin. It has a ton of functionality and I am excited to see what additions they will make in the near future.
    The support team seems interested in continuing to improve the plugin!

    Hello,

    you bought ClassiList theme or PRO plugin? Yes to translate we tell to use Loco translate plugin ie after translation done you can delete the plugin.

    We tried to reply all tickets within 10 – 15 hrs sir for time zone different it may delay.

    Can you please mail me which issue you face and don’t get reply within time I don’t see any tickets related with location not replied? We are doing some update of this plugin both free and pro version it is running.

    I purchased both the theme and the Pro plugin.
    I do get a reply once a day, but not a satisfactory answer…and then to clarify, I have to wait another 24 hours to see what you said. You always respond at about midnight my time so I wait up to see your response and I respond right away…but then have to wait again ??
    I’ve been trying to add an option for 4 days and have made edits to 23 files and am still having an issue with a couple of bugs. I asked if you could give me a list of files that I need to work with to cut out some time (as I have gone through more than 60 files just trying to be thourough) and the response was, QUOTE

    I think you know that isn’t helpful, and it has made me angry because I chose your plugin over 2 others I was looking at because it seemed more robust and offered “premium” support.

    Hello,

    If you check our file coding structor you will see it is fully OOP so related with different files and classes.

    Also if you customize core code in next version it will lost. I already assign the ticket to my dev to tell you some instruction before your message.

    But for this we have addon system if you can make an addon or if we see it is good others customers we can make an addon too.

    After last reply yesterday we was busy to release two new plugins you must get reply today.

    We already working on some new updates will release this or next week.

    As you purchase theme & pro plugin I expect you will edit this rating and reply on my email.
