• Purchased the upgrade Excellent Plus from Themefressia and was charged twice. My site was not upgraded. I have started several support tickets because Freesia does not have a tech service hotline and it still has not been resolved. This company charges for services for nothing. Terrible value and a hassle.

    This review is not related to Magbook and is related to Excellent. Whatever the customer is telling its not true. I think the review is made intentionally and before the theme goes live.

    Yes she made a purchase on 15th April and she had placed two order. It’s her mistake that she made two orders. The charged will be displayed on the checkout while trying to make purchase but she paid for two order. Anyway, she made purchase but we refunded extra charge within 12 hours but she gave a bad review after the payment is made and before we have seen her email. Yes we don’t have any hotline service but we reply each and every customizer via email or tickets with 12-24 hours every day even on weekend too.
