• Auto renewed by mistake and given my site had been shut down months earlier requested a reversal with 12 hours of the transaction taking place. Reply came back saying basically not our problem. Very disappointing given refund terms are generally cover these circumstances these days and good will/general customer service is usually exercised. I’m in Australia so this was more than a one hundred dollar charge. Feels like CPO themes dont value customer service and are happy to charge at any opportunity. It’s so disappointing, be careful if you’re new to website building and support is important to you.
