    Is there a way for a technician to open up a ticket for a customer. Meaning that the ticket is associated with the customer without having to log in as that customer. Reason I ask is if we get a call from a customer and I need to create a ticket for them I’d like to be able to later look up all the tickets that particular customer has opened in the past.

    Is there a way to add a signature so that a customer can sign off on the completed work with a say a tablet.

    Last question when is the new version planned to be release and will there be any beta testing? If so I’d like to sign up to beta test.

    Hello,

    Agents can create a ticket on behalf of customers. Please see this video for more details.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a signature in the current version. Please create a ticket on our support portal to discuss this further.

    Version 3 will be released on 1st May 2021. There is no beta testing available.
