Is there a way for a technician to open up a ticket for a customer. Meaning that the ticket is associated with the customer without having to log in as that customer. Reason I ask is if we get a call from a customer and I need to create a ticket for them I’d like to be able to later look up all the tickets that particular customer has opened in the past.
Is there a way to add a signature so that a customer can sign off on the completed work with a say a tablet.
Last question when is the new version planned to be release and will there be any beta testing? If so I’d like to sign up to beta test.
