Hi yall. Not sure if I’m using Surecart right. I created two Products, and they’re both subscriptions. One is $3 and the other is $5. I ran a test order, and when viewing the frontend Dashboard, the option to Upgrade/Downgrade the subscription appears for a brief second then completely disappears.

How do I create subscription tiers/get the upgrade/downgrade to work correctly? Or is this a bug/issue?

Hmm, that shouldn’t be happening. We do allow for upgrading and downgrading when a single product has multiple price options. So if you have a subscription with a monthly price and an annual price, for example.

Thanks for reporting, we will see what is happening here.

Ah, I understand now. I was attempting to create “Patreon”-like tiers, where someone could purchase a monthly membership. I was trying to create a single product with multiple monthly subscriptions/tiers and Surecart wasn’t allowing it.

So I created two separate products, one for $3 and one for $5. Surecart I guess has no idea these two products are related, so how can someone upgrade/downgrade from them in the first place? Makes sense.

We do have this as an option with our yet to be released SureCart Pro. It has a feature named Upgrade Paths which allows you to create upgrade paths to other products as you describe.
