Customer user passwords?

Hi
I noticed that user passwords are not working.
just importing right now and tried one login and the password didn’t work. Is there a fix around this?
Really hoping to see this whole import of customers, categories, products and orders happen smoothly. You will have my 5 stars if it works.
Currently I am seeing the progress image as broken, but users are getting added
[img]”Sync in Process…” .. img is broken.. but users are importing.. lets see if everything is still working..
